- Sponsor name in the visa must be same as name in the demand letter's letter head.

The history of foreign employment in Nepal dates back almost 200 years, when Britain Government began recruiting men from the hillsides of Nepal, known as Gorkhas into the British armed forces. After India’s independence in 1947, the Indian military also began enlisting Nepali men into their military forces.
Currently, about 3,500 Nepali solders serve in the British army and more than 50,000 Nepalese are enlisted in the Indian military. India was the first country to attract civilian migrants from Nepal. The inflow of working migrants to India has increased sharply since the 1950s and 1960s, and India now represents the largest market for migration to foreign countries in Nepal.
Nepal is a small landlocked country which lies between great countries like China and India with population around 26,620,809 in the year 2011. So there is a surplus human resource in the country. The population of the youth is active and eager to go on foreign employment to supplement their income and to acquire new skills. The loyalty, hard work and dedication of the Nepalese workers is well-known since early times. A large number of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workforces is available for work in all possible areas of economic activities.

Every year on an average around 20000 Nepalese people leave the country for foreign employment. Various studies have shown that the foreign employment has major contribution on economic growth of the Nepal.
